Six Weeks of Grit, Grace and Good Food

We prepped and cooked more than seven thousand meals across this six-week production. We approached the job with a simple intention: challenge accepted. A project of this scale never runs without its hurdles. Supplier shortages, staff no-shows, shifting information and unexpected turns all tried to pull us off course. We took each one in stride and pushed forward.
